We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic Orders:

We make shipments once a week. All domestic orders are sent
via USPS Priority mail and take 2-3 days to arrive after shipment. All international orders are sent via USPS International
Express Mail and take approximately 5 business days to arrive after shipment.
Payment Methods
If you would
like to buy shoes online from this site, you may do so by clicking the 'add to cart' button under each pair. An new browser
window will open, showing the items in your shopping cart. From this page you may either choose to continue shopping or proceed
to checkout. The online payment service we use is PayPal.com, the largest online payment company on the internet, and also
the fastest, easiest and most secure. With Paypal.com you can pay either from your checking account or with a credit card.

You may also call 1-718-753-0521 to make an order over the phone. All major credit cards accepted for phone orders.
If you visit us at our boutique in San Francisco, you can pay by credit card, cash or check.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes for any reason you may return them for an exchange or refund. There are,
however, a few rules:
* Returned shoes must be unworn and in the same condition they were shipped in. Take care not to scuff the bottoms when you
are trying them on.
* You MUST let us know by email or telephone before returning a pair. The return address varies depending on if we are traveling.
* Returns must be made within one month from date of shipment.
* The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned shoes.
* Return shipment via USPS priority mail, or the equivalent, is strongly recommended.
* Refunds are made via PayPal and will go directly back to the account you paid with.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number,
address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information
pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used
solely to bill the customer for their order.
